摘　　要：目的在实验室条件下观察VP-16对舌癌细胞株Tca8113的生长抑制作用及维拉帕米是否能增强VP-16对肿瘤细胞的抗癌活性。方法采用MTT法研究VP-16对Tca8113的细胞毒性作用,并尝试加入维拉帕米,评价其对VP-16的影响作用。结果VP-16可显著抑制舌癌细胞株Tca8113的生长,维拉帕米本身对Tca8113细胞的生长抑制作用较小,5 mg/L维拉帕米预作用1 h可明显提高VP-16的作用效果。结论VP-16对舌癌细胞株Tca8113有良好的生长抑制作用。维拉帕米对VP-16有化疗增敏作用。Objective：To observe the influence of VP-16 on Tca8113,the cells of carcinoma of tongue,and the enhancement effect of verapamil in the environment of the laboratory,.Methods： The VP-16＇s effect on Tca8113 cells by MTT was studied and attempt was made to combine verapamil and VP-16 on Tca8113 cells to evaluate the influence of verapamil on VP-16.Results： VP-16 could markedly inhibit the growth of Tca8113.Verapamil in itself could not inhibit the growth of Tca8113 cells.5mg/l verapamil performed for 1h in advance could increase the effect of VP-16.Conclusion： VP-16 can markedly inhibit the growth of Tca8113 cells,and verapamil can obviously intensify the VP-16 effect.
