补益肝气方药对酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠的治疗效应

摘　　要：目的研究补益肝气方药对酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠的治疗效应。方法用高脂饲料喂食加白酒灌胃的方法复制酒精性脂肪肝模型。观察补益肝气方药对模型大鼠治疗30天后,对血清血脂含量,以及对肝组织中MDA、GSH、SOD、Hyp含量的影响。结果补益肝气方药可显著降低模型大鼠血脂,改善肝功能,降低MDA、Hyp含量,升高GSH、SOD含量。结论补益肝气方药可具有降低模型大鼠血脂、改善肝功能、抗氧化以及阻断肝纤维化进程的作用。Objective： To study the effect of tonifying liver QI formula on treating alchoholic fatty liver of model rats. Methods： The alchoholic fatty liver model was made by injecting rat＇s stomach with high fat and wine feedstuff. The model rats were cured for 30 days with tonifying liver QI formula, then the effects on blood lipids , the quantity of MDA, GSH, SOD and Hyp in liver was studied. Results： The result showed that tonifying liver QI formula could decrease blood lipid, improve liver function, decrease MDA and Hyp, and increase GSH and SOD in model rats. Conclusion ： Tonifying liver QI formula has the function of decreasing rat blood lipids, improving liver function, anti - oxidation and anti - fibrosis .
