摘　　要：目的探讨腺苷超声心动图负荷试验诊断冠心病的护理。方法可疑冠心病病人50例,分别静脉注射腺苷140μg/kg.min,用药时间6 min,总剂量0.8 mg/kg。试验前、试验终止和终止后5 min测量并记录患者的脉搏、血压和常规12导联心电图。结果通过精心护理,50例患者均顺利完成试验,不良反应的发生率为64%,但程度轻微,不需处理,无严重不良反应。结论腺苷超声心动图负荷试验方法简便、费用低、不良反应小且时间短暂,病人易于接受,是一种较理想的诊断冠心病的无创检查方法。Objective： To investigate the value of adenosine stress echocardiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease （CAD） and nursing. Methods： Adenosine stress echecard/ography was performed in 50 patients with suspected CAD using infusion dose of 140μg/kg/min in 6 rain（ total dose of 0.8 mg/Kg）. Pulse, blood pressure and regular 12 -lead electrocardiogram of all patients were recorded before, at the end of and 5 minitues after the echecardiography. Results： With careful nursing all patients accomplished the echocardiography. The incidence of side effects was 40%, which were slight and transient and didn ~ need to be managed. Conclusion： Adenosine stress echocardiography is simple, easily acceptable and cost - effective with minimal side effects. It is an ideal noninvasive method in the diagnosis of CAD.
