健胃益气汤对急性损伤胃粘膜细胞的Bcl-2和Bax表达的影响

摘　　要：目的研究预先给予健胃益气汤对无水乙醇致大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的细胞保护作用。方法①取腺胃区组织制作切片并作H-E染色,光学显微镜观察胃粘膜组织的病理变化。②用免疫组织化学ABC法对大鼠胃粘膜组织细胞凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2、Bax等进行检测并通过图像分析对以上结果做定性、定位、定量分析及统计学处理。结果健胃益气汤预防用药能降低胃粘膜组织细胞Bax蛋白表达,增加Bc l-2蛋白表达,与实验对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论给予中药健胃益气汤可抑制细胞凋亡,减轻胃粘膜损伤。Objective： To investigate the cyto- protective effects of GWYQT on alcohol- induced actue gastric mucosa damage of rats. Methods： 1. The gland stomach tissues was taken and Paraffin sections were stained with H-E for histologie observation by LM. 2. Stained with the SABC method of immunocytochemistry, the expression of apoptosis related proteins Bcl-2/Bax in the mucosa of the rats stomach was shown. Image analysis was used to detect the expression of these proteins and to clarify the correlation between the expression of Bcl-2/Bax proteins in gastric gland and gastric mucosa damage. Results ： The experiments showed that the expression of Bax protein was decreased significantly in the gastric mucosa, and Bcl-2 expression was increased in the GWYQT pretreated rats, which was significantly different （ P 〈 0.01 ） from that in the experiment control group. Conclusion： GWYQT can repress the apoptosis, alleviate gastric mucosa damage.
