摘　　要：高等学校通过提供优质的教育服务而培养合格的学生。高校招生作为高等教育服务的入口,应当树立服务的理念,为考生接受高等教育做好全程、全面的服务工作,并使招生服务工作人性化、专业化和精细化,努力提高服务质量,既让人民群众满意,也力求使高等院校在质量竞争中赢在起点。The orientation of higher scholls is to provide excellent education services to cultivate qualified students. As the access to education services of higher schools, college enrollment should establish service philosophy, so as to provide comprehensive services to higher education and to humanize, professionize and elaborate the services. The quality of services should satisfy the mass and help higher schools to win at the starting point in the quality competition between colleges and universities.
