摘　　要：目的了解直肠癌Miles术后恢复期患者的生活质量,探讨不同时期造口护理状况的变化。方法采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织研制的生活质量核心量表—EORTC QLQ-C30对42例直肠癌Miles术后结肠造口患者1年内和1年后进行调查和评估。结果患者在经济状况、心理状态、躯体症状、身体功能、社会功能及生活质量总分方面存在显著差异。结论改善患者对疾病的认识,加强心理护理,建立医护、家庭及社会支持体系,加强对出院患者的健康指导等,对提高直肠癌Miles术后恢复期患者的生活质量非常重要。Objective ： To find out the living quality of the patients with recta cancer who were in the convalescence after Miles operation and discuss the changes of making-ora nursing status in different periods. Methods： The EORTC QLQ-c30 which was a core quantity table made by the study and cure organization about cancer of Europe were adopted to inves-tigate and evaluate the 42 patients who accepted making-ora in colon after Miles operation due to recta cancer within and after 1 year. Results： There were notable differences in economy, psychology, symptom in the body, function of body, function of society and living quality between different patients. Conclusion： We should improve the patients＂ cognition of cancer, strengthen the psyehology nursing, establish a system about the hospital, family and community, and enhance the health guidance to the patients who will go out the hospital. These are very important in improving the living quality of the patients with recta cancer who are in the convalescence after Miles operation.
