摘 要:德士古水煤浆加压气化技术是当今世界上最先进的煤气化技术之一,德士古气化炉是该技术的核心设备。采用激冷流程工艺的气化炉,大都存在着激冷室带水的共性问题,且在高负荷生产状况下尤为明显,直接制约了气化炉负荷的提高。由华东理工大学和兖矿鲁南化肥厂共同开发的新型洗涤冷却室内件结构能够有效地解决带水问题。Texaco coal-water pressurized gasification technology is one of the most advanced coal gasification technologies in the world, and Texaco gasifier is the core equipment of this technology. Most gasifiers with quenching process have the problem of carrying water in the quenching chamber, which is more obvious under high load conditions constraining the increase of the gasifier load. The new internal structure of the scrubbing cooler chamber, developed by East-China University of Science & Engineering in coordination with Yankuang Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Factory, can effectively solve the problem of carrying water in the chamber.
