摘　　要：以NI USB-6009数据采集卡、PC机及LabVIEW8为基础构建了逻辑分析仪。仪器可在状态仪和时序仪之间切换,最大通道数为8,触发级数可调。除数据采集由DAQ实现外,其他所有功能,包括数据存储、触发、控制、显示、用户界面等,均在PC机中用软件(LabVIEW8)实现。提高了可扩展性、可维护性,降低了成本。由于采用USB电缆,采集卡与PC机之间连接方便。测试结果表明该逻辑分析仪能够正确搜索到所有触发字并显示结果。A logic analyzer based on NI USB- 6009 DAQ, PC, and LabVIEW 8 was constructed.This instrument can be switched between state analyzer and timing analyzer. Its maximum number of channels is 8, and the number of trigger sequence levels is configurable. All functions, including data storage, trigger, control, display, user interface, etc., were implemented by software （LabVIEW 8） in PC except that data acquisition was implemented by DAQ card. Its expandability and maintainability were improved, while cost was reduced. Because of using USB cable, it＇s convenient to connect the DAQ card with the PC.The result indicates that this logic analyzer can correctly detect all trigger words and show the result.
