摘　　要：审稿是学术论文发表过程中的重要环节,审稿的目的就是要保证刊物的质量。本文对科技期刊产生审稿偏倚的原因进行了全面分析,并提出了相应的对策。Examining is the important step in the process of academic paper publishing.The purpose of examining is to ensure the quality of the academic journal.This thesis thoroughly discusses and analyses the cause of examining errors puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
