摘  要:研究了对硝基重氮氨基偶氮苯与镉的显色反应。在表面活性剂TritonX-60存在下,于PH10.3的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O缓冲溶液中,镉与该试剂形成的稳定深红色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于480nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.17×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,镉量在80~320μg/L范围内符合比耳定律。碱金属和一些常见的金属离子对镉的测定没有干扰,但镍、汞、铜干扰严重,可用硫脲-柠檬酸钠一氟化铵作混合掩蔽剂掩蔽。方法用于环境水样中镉的测定,结果与原子吸收光谱法相符。The colour reaction of p-nitrodiazoaminoazobenzene with cadmium has been studied. In the 52 presence of TritonX-60 and in ammonium hydroxide-ammonium chloride buffer solution at pHI0. 3, cadmium(Ⅱ)reacts with p-nitrodiazoaminoazobenzene to form a stable red complex. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 480 nm,and apparent molar absorptivity is 8. 17×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 80-320 μg of cadmium perliter. The alkali-metals and common metal ions do not interfere in the determination of cadmium, but nickel, mercury and copper disturb seriously the determination. With thiourea-sodium citrate-fluoride ammonium mixture as masking reagent,the determination of cadmium in the water samples from the environment can be carried out smoothly and the results are in accordance with those of atomic absorption spectrometry.
