摘 要:提出了运用N2O—C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法测定纯镍中钴含量的方法。进行了谱线、燃烧器高度、灯电流的选择,采用加入氧化镧、偏硼酸钠消除共存离子干扰。在优化的实验条件下,钴的浓度在0~30μg/mL范围内工作曲线呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.04μg/mL。对样品中钴含量的分析,相对标准偏差均小于1.0%,平均回收率为97.4%。A method for the determination of cobalt in pure nickel by N2O-C2H2 flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been proposed. The optimal measurement conditions, such as analytical line, burner height, lamp current were chosen. The interference from the coexistence ions was eliminated by adding lanthanum oxide and sodium metaborate. Under the optimal exerimental conditions, the calibration curve is linear over the range of 0-30μg/mL for cobalt. The detection limit for cobalt is 0. 04μg/mL. The method has been applied in the determination of cobalt in pure nickel, with the relatioe standard deviation of below 1% and the average recovery of 97.4%.
