摘　　要：目的探讨利用MATLAB的小波变换进行图像压缩的方法。方法对图像进行小波变换,保留低频部分,高频部分置0。结果第一次压缩时压缩效果较好,压缩比较小,第二次压缩时压缩较大,图像视觉效果也令人满意。结论本方法是一种简单、有效的压缩方法。Objective： To study the method of image compression based on wavelet transform.Methods： The image was processed by wavelet transform,and then the information of low frenquency was retained and the information of high frenquency was home zero.Results： The quality of the first image compression was high,but the compression ratio was low.The compression ratio of the second time was higher,and the image quality was good.Conclusion： The method is simple,reliable and effective in image compression.
