闭合性睾丸损伤诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨闭合性睾丸损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院自1996～2004年间收治的14例闭合性睾丸损伤的诊断和治疗。结果本组14例均行B超检查,确诊13例,超声显示睾丸密度不均匀、内部回声强弱不等。手术治疗10例,睾丸均获挽救;保守治疗4例,其中2例睾丸切除。结论B超是诊断闭合性睾丸损伤的重要手段。能精确判断睾丸破裂与睾丸挫伤以及睾丸内血肿的存在。闭合性睾丸损伤一经确诊应立即手术治疗,保守治疗睾丸切除率高。Objective：To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment means of closed testis trauma Methods： Study the diag hosis and treatment of all the patients during the past 8 years in the author＇s hospital restrospectively.Results： 14 patients were all examined by B-mode ultrasonic,of the 14 patients,13patients were diagnosed correctly.B-mode ultrasonic showed that testes density were not uniform,and there were strong and weak echoes in the testes.10 patient＇s teses were saved by oparation.2 patients testes were resected of the 4 patients who were given nonsurgical treatment.Conclusion： B-mode ultrasonic is an important means of diagnosing testes trauma.It can help judge fracture,contasion and haematoma of the testes accurately.Once the closed testes trauma is diagnosed,surgical treatment should be performed as soon as quickly.However,resected ratio is higher in nonsurgical treatment.
