手术室应用背景音乐对病人生理与焦虑状态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察手术室应用背景音乐对手术病人心率、血压及焦虑状态的影响。方法将手术患者68例,按手术日期不同随机分为音乐组和对照组,逢单手术日32例音乐组(排除不愿意接受音乐疗法的患者)术中播放背景音乐;逢双手术日32例对照组,术中常规护理。对术中意识清醒病人播放流行歌曲或轻音乐,观察病人心率、血压变化,进行焦虑评分,采用中国人状态特性焦虑量表(C-STAI)观察术中的恐惧、疼痛和不适。结果患者听音乐30 min后收缩压、心率降低显著,焦虑程度减轻,而未听音乐组焦虑程度增高,心率增快,收缩压升高。听音乐组术中恐惧、不适及疼痛减轻。结论手术室应用背景音乐是减轻手术病人心理应激的有效措施之一。Objective： To observe effect of background music on physiologic and worrying conditions of patients in operation.Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into music group and normal group by dates of operation.Background music for 32 patients in music group was played and 32 patients in normal group were nursed routinely in operation.Then changes of heart rate and blood pressure were observed and marks of the degree of anxiety were given.And dread,pain and uncomfort in operation were investigated by C-STAI scale.Results： Systolic blood pressure and heart rate were decreased significantly and degree of anxiety were lessened in patients that listened to music in operation compared with the normal group.And dread,pain and uncomfort were relieved more in music group than in normal group.Conclusion： Background music playing for patients in operation is one of efficient measures to lessen physiologic stress.
