摘　　要：对国际社会有关国际河流非航行利用权益的四种学说——绝对领土主权论、绝对领土完整论、有限主权论和沿岸国共同体论的产生背景、内涵及应用情况进行了阐述,并分析评价了它们在国际水法体系形成与发展中的作用、适用性及对国家实践的影响。As for the rights and interests of non-navigational utilization of international rivers, the background, essence and application of four kinds of theories, that is, the absolute territorial sovereignty, the absolute territorial integrity, the limited sovereignty and the community of co-riparian states, were reviewed. Their role in the establishment and development of international water law system, their applicability and their influence on different countries' practices were also put forward.
