网织红细胞参数在贫血诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨网织红细胞参数在诊断贫血患者中的应用价值。方法用SysmexXE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪检测63例贫血患者及30例正常人的网织红细胞百分比（RET％）、网织红细胞绝对值（RET#）、未成熟红细胞组分（IRF）、高散射光强度网织红百分比（HFR）等网织红细胞参数。结果再生障碍性贫血、地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血治疗前RET％、RET#、IRF、HFR等各项指标与对照组相比均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；各组贫血治疗后比治疗前均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论测定网织红细胞及其相关参数对于贫血病人的辅助诊断，临床治疗的效果判断有一定的参考价值。Objective To discuss reticulocyte and its parameters in the diagnosis of patients with anemia by SysmexXE-2100 automatic blood analyzer. Methods Reticulocyte percentage （RET%）, reticulocyte absolute value （RET#）, immature reticulocyte fraction （IRF）, high scattered light intensity reticulocyte percentage （HFR） of 63 cases of anemia inpatients blood samples were detected by SysmexXE-2100 automatic blood analyzer. Results RET%、 RET#. IRF、 HFR in aplastic anemia, thalassanemia and iron deficiency anemia showed obvious significantly （P〈0.05） compared with the control group. After therapy every parameters of anemic patients were significantly （P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The detection of reticulocyte and its parameters is helpful for the diagnosis of anemia patients, and it has important value in judging the progression of the disease.
