摘  要:分析了塑件的工艺性,设计了新型的压模结构,介绍了模具特点和工作过程。模具属1模2腔共用加料室,上、下模移动,半溢式闭合,电热板加热,卸模架脱模,根据齿轮齿条啮合原理,将齿条的垂直运动转化为螺纹型芯的水平运动,卸出型芯。模具设计合理,结构紧凑,操作方便,抽芯机构安全可靠,使用寿命长。Based on the analysis of moulding features of the moulded part with internal threads, a novel mould was designed, its characteristics and operating process were introduced. The mould has the features in construction as follows: one mould with two-cavity, one sharing feeding chamber, both the upper and lower moulds being moving during operation, the semi-positive closing type, electric heating platen and demoulding by ejector grid. The uncrewing action is carried out by moving the rack, activating the pinion on the threaded core for the rotating function to pull out the threaded core. As the practice proves, the mould is reasonable in design, compact in construction and convenient in operation, the core-pulling mechanism is reliable and Iongeval.
