溃疡康对小鼠应激性胃溃疡干预效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药溃疡康对应激小鼠胃溃疡干预效果,探讨溃疡康的干预机理。方法建立水浸束缚溃疡模型,测算溃疡指数;观察胃粘膜损伤程度及组织学的变化;Alcian blue-PAS染色,图像分析的方法,测算Alcianblue-PAS阳性表达密度,观察溃疡康对胃粘膜屏障的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,溃疡康预防组溃疡指数较小,肉眼及镜检胃粘膜损伤较轻。胃粘膜Alcian blue-PAS阳性表达密度较大。结论溃疡康对束缚应激所致小鼠胃溃疡模型有明显的抑制作用,其机理可能与溃疡康作用下胃表面粘液分泌增多,胃壁粘液糖蛋白含量增加,粘膜屏障功能增强有关。Objective ：to explore the mechanism and prevention of Traditional Chinese Medical herbs Kui Yang Kang （KYK） on experimental gastric stress ulceration. Method ：The stress ulceration in mice was induced by water immersion and immobilization. Forty mice were divided randomly into four groups, including normal group, model group, KYK group and Cimetidine group. Ulcer index was measured and the extent of gastric mucosa injury was evaluated grossly and histologically to observe the prevention of KYK on stress ulceration in mice. Surface mucus histcehemical expressions were also investigated. Result： The index of ulcer of each KYK pretreated group decreased and the pathologic changes of gastric mucosa are less severe. The positive expression rates of Alcian blue - PAS in gastric mucosa of mice pretreated with KYK increased remarkablely. Conclusion： The results show that therapeutic action of Kui Yang Kang may have great significance on experimental stress ulceration in mice.
