摘　　要：从目前技术创新的参与主体看,多个实体通过合作的形式完成创新已经成为一种潮流。通过对整个联合创新系统经济效益的评价,可以间接地测定其合作伙伴选择是否合理。建立了合作创新系统经济效益的评价指标体系,并运用ANP(网络分析法)方法对整个系统的经济效益进行评价。该方法可以克服评价因素之间的相关性,为合作创新伙伴选择提供了一种定量的判断依据。According to the implemention entities of technological innovation,it becomes so popular that several partners combine to do it.This method will be valid to judge the rationality on the selection of partners indirectly that we can evaluate the ecoomic benefit of entire innovation system.This article sets up the evaluation indexes of joint innovation system and put up one opinion that ANP （analytic netwrk process）method can be used to estimate the economic benefit of the system and offer some evidence to choose partners as a quantitative analysis method because it can eliminate the pertinence of indexes.
