摘　　要：科技进步指标体系的建立,可以通过分析影响科技进步的种种因素,从细节上寻找问题、解决问题,但难以综合比较,难以从总量上对科技进步的速度及其对经济社会的影响进行评价。因而,需要借助一定的数学方法,综合科技进步统计指标,求算标志科技进步水平的综合指数。In order to set up index system of technology improvement,you can analyze various factors which can affect technology improvement,searching questions and solving problems are difficult to compare synthetically,and they are also difficult to evaluate the speed of technology improvement. Thus,we must calculate synthesis index which represents the level of technology improvement in virtue of definite mathematics method and statistic index.
