摘　　要：对Blog技术的运用和影响应坚持工具理性和价值理性相统一的思考,Blog技术运用于组织系统,充分发挥"信息选择—知识加工—文化创新"的交互功能,才能形成自觉形态的博客文化。Use and influence of Blog should insist on the unity of rational and irrational value. We should apply Blog into organizations, and give full play to selection-knowledge processing-cultural innovation interactive function so as to form conscious blog culture.
