摘　　要：北方住宅建筑封闭阳台的温差修正需要综合考虑阳台构件的保温、密闭性能以及传入的太阳辐射量等因素。在稳态热平衡理论基础上建立了计算模型,根据北方住宅建筑封闭阳台的构造特点,通过计算和实测归纳了各类型封闭阳台的温差修正系数。It is necessary to consider such factors as insulation performance and air tightness of balcony components and the sunshine intake for correction factor determination. Based on the steady state heat balance, builds a computing model, and with the structure characteristics of the different types of balcony in Northern China, presents the correction factors by calculation and site measurement.
