四白汤治疗颈椎病的临床应用与研究

摘　　要：目的观察四白汤在治疗颈椎病中的临床应用价值。方法颈椎病病人156例,其中选择常规传统西医药物治疗60例,另选同期传统西医药物治疗加中药四白汤96例进行对比观察。结果加用四白汤组在症状改善方面明显优于对照组,P<0.01。结论四白汤在治疗颈椎病方面有其明显的优越性,值得临床应用并推广。Objective： To observe four white soups be curing the clinical application value in the cervical vertebra disease. Methods ：1998 -01/2006 -01 accept to cure cervical vertebra disease patients totally 156 example, choose traditional doctor medicine of normal regulations to cure among them 60 example, choose another same period the traditional medicine treatment to add a Chinese herbal medicine four white soups 96 example carry on the contrast observation. Results： Add to use as a result four the white soup set improve aspect to surpass a matched control obviously in the symptom, P 〈0.01. Conclusion：Four white soups are curing the cervical vertebra disease to have it obvious superiority, the worthy of clinical application combines expansion.
