摘 要:结合水泥-水玻璃双液注浆材料快速胶凝、抗水分散性能好和碱激发硅铝质胶凝材料耐久性好的特点,提出了抗水分散和抗水溶蚀双液注浆材料的理想结构模型和设计方法。选择含C3S、C2S和高活性硅铝质成分的物质作原料,加入定量的水混合均匀成A液,然后与水玻璃(B液)混合制备一种具有优异抗水分散和抗水溶蚀性能的新型工业废渣双液注浆材料,并在武汉长江隧道注浆工程中得到了实际应用,获得了良好的效果。The ideal structure model and design method of a new two-shot grouting material which has anti-aqueous dispersions ancl anti-aqueous solubility performance were put forward based on the character of fast gelation and good anti-aqueous dispersion of cement-sodium silicate two-shot grouting materials and durability feature of alkali-activated cementation materials. Liquid A was prepared selecting those contain C3S, C2S and high activity sal components as raw material, adding quantitatiye water to mix uniformly, then mix with sodium silicate (liquid B) thus a new industrial residue two-shot grouting material was excogitated Which has excellent anti-aqueous dispersions and anti-aqueous solubility performance,it has had practical application to Wuhan Yangtze River tunnel grouting project with satisfactory effect.
