摘 要:通过高真空多层绝热容器真空丧失试验,分析了不同绝热结构下容器真空丧失后的升压规律,同时讨论了容器内气液状态变化。利用试验数据计算了容器真空丧失后的热负荷变化,并综合比较分析了不同绝热结构下的漏热量、气体升压、液体温度变化。经研究发现,容器夹层真空丧失后气液相处于不平衡态,气相空间压力变化呈现出三种不同状态,夹层的漏热量决定了液体升温和容器升压速度。Several experiments are carried out to investigate the pressurization and temperature rise of a multilayer insulated vessel, which loses its insulating vacuum. In order to determine the pressurization speed in dependence of heat load, three insulating structures are performed on the investigating tank. Test results show the liquid - vapor phase was unbalanced during three periods. Using the experiment data, heat load to the uninsu- lated tank is calculated. After comparing the experiment data with calculation results, it can be found that the speeds of pressurization and liquid temperature rise are well determined by the heat load.
