摘  要:多层多波波纹管柱屈曲性有限元分析模型规模大、非线性问题突出,不易于收敛。为此,文中给出了一种等效厚度模拟方法,建立了等效单层波纹管有限元模型,并在此基础上进行了波纹管的柱屈曲分析,得到了波纹管的屈曲载荷和屈曲模态。文中的工作为这类多层多波大型波纹管的柱屈曲稳定性分析提供了一种有效方法,分析结果也对该类波纹管的设计有较重要的参考价值。The finite element (FE) model of the muhilayer bellows has considerable degrees of freedom and obvious nonlinear phenomenon; therefore it has great difficulty in computational convergence. In the presented paper, an equivalent thickness simulation method is proposed to solve the computational problems. The FE model of equivalent single - layer bellows is established. Based analyzed, and the buckling mode and buckling critical loading on the model, the column squirm features is is obtained. The research works in this paper provide an effective method for the column squirm stability analysis of muhilayer, multiwave bellows, and the results are helpful to design the bellows.
