摘　　要：目的了解1997-2000年福建省健康教育促进中心健康咨询热线中咨询者的心理问题状况及其社会心理需求,为今后开展心理健康教育和行为干预提供可行性策略。方法对1997-2000年电话咨询的341个有心理问题的咨询者的咨询记录进行分析。结果341人次中,男性占54.5%,女性占45.5%。年龄以18-35岁为主（72.7%）。婚姻以未婚为主（62.2%）。主要心理问题有神经症（64.2%）、心身疾病（28.2%）、性心理障碍（2.3%）、神经分裂症（1.5%）等。结论健康咨询热线中神经症、心身疾病等心理问题在青少年中较为突出,应引起社会及卫生、教育相关部门关注。Objective To study the mental health status of the callers who called health counseling telephone hotline of Fujian Center of Health Education and Promotion from 1997 to 2000, to understand the callers＇ psychosocial needs, and to provide references for further health education and behavior intervention. Methods From 1997 to 2000, 341 callers with mental health problem were analyzed. Results Of the 341 cases, 54.5 % was male, 45.5 % was female. The majority （72.7%） was between 18 to 35 years old. The most （62.2%） was unmarried. The main mental health problems of the callers were neurosis （64.2%）, psychosomatic disease （28.2%）, psychosexual disorder （2.3%）, schizophrenia （ 1.5 % ）. Conclusion Neurosis and psychosomatic disease were main mental health problems of youth in health counseling telephone hotline, this situation deserves more attention from society and health and education administrative authority.
