福建省中学生成年期疾病相关危险行为的现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解福建省青少年学生与成年期疾病相关的危险行为存在情况及程度,为制定相应的干预措施提供依据。方法按照分层整群抽样的方法,共抽取30所中学和中专技工学校的9493名学生作为研究对象,获有效问卷9426份,对其吸烟、饮酒、饮食行为、体育锻炼等健康相关行为进行调查。结果7.8%学生现在吸烟,23.1%学生现在饮酒,在调查前1周内,有24.7%的学生不能做到每天喝一杯牛奶,有19.3%学生每天喝汽水饮料1次以上,30.9%学生每天吃甜食1次以上,26.5%学生不吃早餐,36.4%的学生偏食。57.2%的学生不能保证每周3天,每天1小时的体育锻炼。结论与成年期疾病相关的吸烟、过量饮酒、饮食不合理、缺少体育锻炼等4类危险行为在福建省青少年中确实存在,应根据不同类别学校和不同性别的特点开展相应的健康教育。Objective To know about the prevalence of the related risk behaviors for adulthood diseases among adolescents in Fujian Province, and to provide basis for the intervention measures. Methods 9493 students from 30 middle schools and professional scbeols were selected by using a stratified cluster sampling method. The health related behaviors such as smoking, drinking, dietary behavior and physical exercise were investigated by a questionnaire and 9426 questionnaire were in effect. Results The prevalence of current cigarette use was 7.8 %. The percent of current alcohol use among students was 23.1%. Among the students 24.7 % drank less than one glass of milk per day during the 7 days preceding the survey. 19.3% of the students drank soda water once or more a day. 30.9% of them ate sweet food once or more a day and 26.5 % of them did not eat breakfast more than three days per week. 36.4 % of the students were partiality for a particular kind of food. 57.2% of them did physical exercise less than 1 hour per day and three days per week. Conclusion The related risk behaviors for adulthood diseases such as smoking, excessive drinking, irrational diet and lack of physical exercise existed among adolescents in Fujian Province. Health education should be conducted according to the characteristics of different schools and gender.
