摘　　要：本文全面分析了目前国内炭素煅烧回转窑存在的主要技术问题,提出了回转窑优化设计的解决方案,并通过数学模拟的方法对新、老式回转窑进行了模拟验证。优化设计的新型回转窑已经通过生产运行实践检验,取得了很好的使用效果,对今后我国炭素煅烧回转窑的设计及改造具有借鉴和指导意义。By generally analyzing the main problems on the rotary kiln at present, this article gives the solving plan of its optimum design, and makes the validation both for new type ones and old ones by the way of numerical simulation. The new type rotary kiln has been tested by application and gets a good effect, so it will have a good reference and instruction for the rotary kiln design and its modification in the later.
