摘 要:介绍了自行研制的XJDMC型高能脉冲发生装置,该装置具有可产生1~3 kV高压、最大峰值电流可达1.7 MA等特性,可以对充电电压、储能电容、充放电时间进行调节和设置,并实现充电电压和充放电时间的LED显示。采用高压大电流脉冲产生等离子弧降解破碎大分子有机物长链的方法,研究了高压脉冲放电法降解破碎工业废水中苯环、芳香烃的影响因素。试验中脉冲电压为3 kV,极间距分别为20、30 mm时,放电处理50 min,降解率分别可达58.3%和51.1%,电导率下降分别为45.3%和29.1%。高压脉冲放电可以有效地处理含有大分子有机物的工业废水。An electric pulse generating equipment-XJDMC high energy pulse electrical source was designed, and its high voltage ranges from 1 kV to 3 kV with a 1.7 MA peak current value. By using the method of degrading and breaking the macromolecular long chains of organic substance with plasma arc produced by high voltage and large current pulse, the effect factors in breaking benzene loop and aroma hydrocarbon in waste water were studied. When the pulse voltage value was 3 kV, the gap across two electrodes was respectively 20 mm and 30 mm, and the dealing duration was 50min, the degradation ratio can reached 58.3% and 51.1%, and the con- ductance ratio decreased to 45.3% and 29.1%, respectively.
