摘　　要：介绍了在LabWindows/CVI软件平台环境下设计的多功能电量测试仪。该仪器由工业控制计算机对输入的电压和电流信号进行调理、采样、转换和控制,并通过软件实现对数据的分析处理、表达以及图形化用户界面(GUI),可对电压、电流、功率以及谐波等电气参数进行多功能测量。该技术将仪器科学技术与计算机技术紧密地结合在一起,改变了目前电力系统使用仪器功能单一的状况。Introduces muhifunetional electric power quantity metering and testing instrument designed under software platform environment of. The instrument regulate, sample, transfer and control input voltage and current signal by industrial control computer, and through software realizes data analysis treatment, express and graphicaluser interface （GUI）, can make multifunctional measure on electricity parameters such as voltage, electric current, power and harmonic wave. The technology is closely integrated instrument scientific technology with computer technology, changes the situation that the function of the instrument used by electric power system is unitary at present.
