摘　　要：分析医学生在临床实习阶段存在的问题,提出加强对临床实习学生管理的对策和建议:规范教学管理,重视教学基地建设;重视对学生的思想教育,完善实习学生管理制度;改善教学条件,提高教学效果;调整实习制度和考研制度等。The writers of the article analyzed the problems confronted by the medical students in their practice. They suggested some countermeasures for the intensified management of students in clinical practice. They are： regulating teaching quality; emphasizing the construction of teaching bases; focusing on the ideological education of the students;per- fecting the managerial system of the students in practice; improving teaching conditions; enhancing teaching effect and adjusting the system of practice and that of the entrance examination for postgraduates.
