高敏C反应蛋白与冠状动脉支架置入时边支血管累及程度的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉分叉病变支架置入时，高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）水平与边支血管累及程度的关系。方法特102例置入冠状动脉支架的急性冠脉综合征病人，据病变形态分为A组（边支血管开口处狭窄〈50％）、B组（边支血管开口处狭窄50％～70％）。观察支架置入时对各组边支血管开口的影响及其与hs—CRP水平间的关系。结果支架置入时对边支血管血流无影响、轻度影响、明显影响的病人在两组内比较hs—CRP水平均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组间比较发生病例数B组均显著高于A组（P〈0．05），但在对边支血管血流同等影响程度的病人间比较，hs—CRP水平在两组间无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论高敏C反应蛋白与冠状动脉支架置入时边支血管累及程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of high sensitivity C- reactive protein （hs - CRP） and the involving, degrees of sidebranch vessel in the stent implantation of bifurcation lesions, Methods One hundred and two patients （pts） with acute coronary syndrome who were placed stents were divided into two groups according to lesionscharacter：A groups （stenosis〈 50% involving ostium of sidebranch vessel）, B groups （stenosis 50 % -70 % involving ostium of sidebranch vessel）. The involving ostium of sidebranch vessel （no involving, light involving, obvious involving ） and serum levels of hs - CRP were compared., between two groups. Results There were significantly difference of ostium in sidebranch vessels in the pts without involving, pts with light involving and obvious involvlng between two groups（P〈 0.05）. The ostium of sidebranch vessels in pts without involving, pts with light involving and obvious involving were higher in B groups than that in A groups（P〈0.05）and the levels of hs- CRP were no obviously difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion There was a close relationship between the levels of hs- CRP and the involving degrees of sidebranch vessel in the stent implantation.
