阿托伐他汀对高血压并发阵发性心房颤动病人的影响

摘　　要：目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗高血压病病人并发阵发性心房颤动的临床疗效。方法将120例高血压并发阵发性心房颤动病人随机分成阿托伐他汀治疗组(治疗组,61例)和常规治疗组(对照组,59例),治疗组病人在常规抗心律失常治疗基础上加阿托伐他汀,治疗随访1年,比较两组治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化及窦性心律维持率。结果治疗组治疗后CRP为(2.67±0.54)mg/L,较治疗前(4.36±0.42)mg/L明显降低(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后(4.31±0.36)mg/L比较也有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组用药12个月后窦性心律维持率为73.33%,优于对照组的55.17%(P<0.05)。结论高血压并发阵发性心房颤动复发可能与炎症有关,阿托伐他汀具有减少心房颤动复发的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of statins on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients （pts） with essential hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty pts with essential hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into two groups： Group Ⅰ treated with amiedarone and atorvastatin and group Ⅱ treated with amiodarone. Follow up for 1 year, the C - reactive protein （CRP） and maintenance rate of sinus rhythm were observed pre and lyost- treatment. Results After treatment, the level of CRP in group Ⅰ was obviously lower than that in Ⅱ group （P〈0.05）. Maintenance rate of sinus rhythm in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in Ⅱ group （P〈 0.05）, Conclusion Atorvastatin might reduce recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in pts with essential hypertension, Atorvastatin might lower the level of CRP in blood.
