摘  要:目的:复制肝郁动物模型和高雌激素动物模型,并用具有疏肝行气和血的“经轻方”干预两模鼠,并比较二者下丘脑神经递质β-内啡肽(β-EP)值的变化,以探讨临床上肝郁证和高雌激素状态的联系,以及调肝方药的作用机理。方法:用绷带束缚大鼠四肢,外加束缚筒造肝郁模型组;高雌激素组用苯甲酸雌二醇皮下注射造高雌模型组;同时用中药汤剂灌胃造相应的中药组,用放免法检测大鼠下丘脑β-EP值的变化。结果:肝郁、高雌激素都能升高模鼠下丘脑β-EP值,中药能够降低模型组的下丘脑β-EP值,使之接近空白组水平。结论:本研究可在一定程度上认为肝郁证与高雌激素状态有相关性,下丘脑β-EP值呈现出同样的作用趋势,调肝方药对模鼠下丘脑β-EP值有一定的干预作用。objective: To study the clinical relationship between depression of Liver- Qi and high estradiol so as to explore the mechanism of prescriptions for regulating the Liver, by comparing the changes of hypothalamic β- EP in Liver- Qi rats and high estradiol rats which are all treated with Jing Qing Recipe. Methods: Depression of Liver- Qi rat model was established by means of binding up the rat's limbs and putting them into special tubes, high estradiol rat model was hypodermiced Benzoate Estmdiol, and herb animal model was made by douching herb to the rats of the original group. The change of rat' s hypothalmnic β- EP content was detected by radioactivity immunity detecting method. Results: Both depression of Liver- Qi and high estradiol increased the model rat' s hypothalamic β-EP. However, the application of Qing Jing Recipe decreased the model rat' s hypothalamic β-EP and made it close to the level of the original group. Conclusion: The study shows that there is a certain connection between depression of Liver- Qi and high estradiol, both of which can increase hypothalamic β-EP. The study also shows that Jing Qing Recipe can decrease the model rat' s hypothalamic β-EP in certain way.
