摘 要:在大田条件下,研究了百农AK58及温麦6号、新麦18号、周麦18号4个小麦品种旗叶的光合作用特性。研究表明:百农AK58、温麦6号、新麦18号和周麦18号旗叶净光合速率/光合有效辐射的拟合系数分别为:0.91,0.59,0.43,0.79;最大净光合速率分别为:22.8μmol.m2.s-1,20.6μmol.m2.s-1,19.4μmol.m2.s-1,21.5μmol.m2.s-1;光补偿点分别为:75.9μmol/(m2.s),24.2μmol/(m2.s),76.9μmol/(m2.s),115.4μmol/(m2.s);CO2补偿点分别为:75.5μmol/mol,43.7μmol/mol,75.6μmol/mol,81.5μmol/mol。结果表明:百农AK58小麦品种具有较强的耐高温、强光特性和较好的光合生产潜力。Under field conditions,photosynthetic characters of flag leaves of Bainong AK 58,Wenmai 6,Xinmai 18 and Zhoumai 18 were studied during grain filling stage. The results showed that, in flag leaves of Bainong AK 58, Wenmai 6, Xinmai 18 and Zhoumai 18, fit coefficients between net photosynthetic rate and PAR were 0. 91,0. 59 ,0. 43 and 0.79 ,respecfly;maximam Pn were 22.8 mol · m^2 · s^- 1,20.6 mol · m^2 · s^- 1,19.4 mol · m^2 · s^- 1, and 21.5 mol · m^2 · s^- 1, light compensation point were 75.9 mol/(m^2 · s),24.2 mol/( m^2 · s),76.9 mol/( m^2 · s) and 115.4 mol/( m^2 ·s), CO2 compensation point were 75.5 mol/mol,43.7 mol/mo1,75.6 mol/mol and 81.5 mol/mol. The result indicated that Bainong AK 58 had the strongest resist to the powerful radiation and high temperature conditions and the highest Photosynthetic productivity level.
