摘　　要：为了提高科研工作效率和工作质量,实现科研信息的统一管理和数据共享,依据科研办公涉及内容较广、数据量较大的特点开发了院校科研办公系统。该系统由12个模块组成。以SQL server为后台数据服务器,进行科研信息的搜集、传递、存贮、加工和维护,为科研管理工作日常事务的处理和管理职能提供支持。To improve the office management of scientific research , to implement its united management and sharing of information of scientific research, the office system on science developing is developed according to its characters of broad fields and plenty of data,which includes 12 functional modules based on SQL server as the background program. The functions of the system are collecting, transmitting, storing, processing and maintaining data, and they offer technical supports for daily affairs management of scientific research.
