摘　　要：网络环境的深入发展,推动数字文献信息资源的开发,高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务越发受到重视。结合我国高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务发展现状,归纳数字参考咨询服务存在的7个方面的问题,并提出相应的建议和对策,以推进数字参考咨询服务工作的高效发展,促进高校图书馆核心价值体系的构建。The deep development of the network environment promotes the development of the digital literature information resources, and the DRS of university Library is being addressed. Connecting with the developing situation of the DRS of university library in China, this paper sums up the problems existing in DRS in seven aspects, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for promoting the high-effective development of the DRS and the establishment of the core value system of university library.
