摘　　要：在阐述"和谐"的重要性和必要性的基础上,分析了图书馆中存在的不和谐因素,指出馆员和读者都是图书馆的主体,平等是构建和谐图书馆的基本条件。Based on expounding the importance and necessity of the harmoniousness, this paper unharmonious factors existing in the library, and points out that both the librarian and the reader are the main library, and the equality is the basic condition of harmoniousness.
