摘 要:以新小黑麦3号、H04-1、新小黑麦5号、H04-2四个品种(系)为材料,通过不同浓度NaCl胁迫对小黑麦水培15 d测定了小黑麦叶片叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和细胞膜透性等生理指标。结果表明:小黑麦叶片Chl含量随着盐胁迫浓度的增大呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,这与盐生植物极为相似。在盐胁迫条件下,小黑麦体内可以积累大量的渗透调节物质脯氨酸和可溶性糖。从细胞膜完整性方面来看,小黑麦叶片比根系对盐离子的更为敏感。Four varieties or lines ( Xinxiaoheimai3, H04 - 1, Xinxiaoheimai 5, H04 - 2) were cultured under NaCl stress for 15 days after water cultivation. The physiological characteristics namely, the content of chlorophyll, proline, soluble sugar and cell membrane penetrability were investigated. The results are as follows: ( 1 ) Chl content in tritieale leaf first ascended and then declined along with NaCl stress density increasing. (2) Proline and soluble sugar content in tritieale leaf was improved along with the increase of NaCl stress. (3) In the matter of cell membrane integrality, tritieale leaf was more sensitive to NaCl than root based on the cell membrane integrality.
