摘 要:由于棉花的枯、黄萎病日益严重,选育抗病品种成为育种的首要任务。为提高棉花的抗病性,利用花粉管通道法将从拟南芥中分离克隆的抗病基因snc1转入中棉所35号中,通过除草剂田间筛选和目的基因的PCR检测,获得转snc1基因的棉花,同时确定除草剂的筛选浓度为0.025%。也为棉花的抗病机理研究做有益探索。When cotton wilt is becoming increasingly cerious it is very important to breed disease - resistance cotton. In order to crease the resistance of cotton, by means of pollen- tube pathway, sncl (supressor of nprl - 1,constitution 1 ) cloned from Arabidopsis was transferred into "Zhongmiansuo 35". By selecting of bastar and PCR, transgenic cottons were obtained, and selecting the concentration of bastar was 0. 025 %. It is useful exploration to study mechanism of disease - resistance cotton.
