摘  要:选取了10个大麦品种种植在三种氮肥施用时期下,研究氮肥施用时期对大麦籽粒蛋白质及其组分含量的影响。实验结果表明:不同氮肥施用时期对大麦籽粒蛋白质含量影响显著;品种间蛋白质及其三种组分含量差异均极显著;谷蛋白含量的氮肥施用时期与品种的互作效应极显著,蛋白质含量其二者互作效应也显著。同时,大麦籽粒蛋白质含量与醇溶蛋白含量和谷蛋白含量分别存在极显著和显著正相关;盐溶蛋白含量与谷蛋白含量也呈极显著正相关。To understand the effect of different application periods of nitrogen fertilizer on the contents of protein and its components in barley grain, 10 different barley cultivars selected were planted under three different application periods of nitrogen fertilizer. Variance analysis and its multiple comparisons indicated that the effect of different application periods of nitrogen fertilizer on the content of protein in barley grain is significant; The differences of the contents of protein and its components in barley grain between different cuhivars are extremely significant;The interaction effect between different application periods of nitrogen fertilizer and different cuhivars on the content of glutein in barley grain is remarkbly significant, and this effect on the content of protein in barley grain is also significant. The correlation analysis shows: there are extremely significant positive correlation relationship between protein content and hordein contetn and significant positive correlation between protein content and ~tein content, respectively. There also has extremely remarkable positive correlation between salted protein content and glutein content in barley grain.
