摘　　要：针对基于Java的Web应用系统的设计与开发,根据国税部门实际应用需求,探讨了Web应用系统的技术框架,对Struts与iBatis开源框架及相关技术进行了研究,并以国税总复核监控系统为例,实现了基于MVC的Struts与iBatis框架的Web应用系统的设计方案。In the light of the design and development of Web application system based on Java, and according to the actual application requirements of national tax departments, this paper probes into the technical frame of Web application system, researches the Open Source frame of Struts and iBatis and related techniques, and taking the general validation monitoring system of national tax as the example, realizes the design proposal of Web application system based on Struts and iBatis frame of MVC.
