摘　　要：介绍了工序管理的概念,以寺河矿通风科为例,阐述了工序管理方面的一些经验,对工序管理提出了一些建议。This paper introduces the process management, and taking the ventilation department of Sihe Coal Mine as the example, introduces some experiences of the process management, and advances some suggestions on the process management.
