摘  要:目的:观察毓麟汤联合腹腔镜治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕的临床疗效。方法:将156例PCOS患者,随机分为两组,每组78例。对照组仅服克罗米芬,治疗组采用自拟毓麟汤加减内服治疗。同时两组患者均采用腹腔镜下以双极绝缘电极针穿刺卵泡,然后在卵巢表面取少许组织送病理检查。术后所有病例给予抗生素预防感染,6h即让患者离床活动以预防粘连的发生。术后每月月经周期第9d至第11d超声监测排卵。结果:对照组术后总排卵率55.1%,治疗组术后总排卵率91.0%,两组患者术后总排卵率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后LH、T均有所下降,E2有所上升,与治疗前比较以及治疗后组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用腹腔镜下卵巢表面电凝术,术后服用毓麟汤,可成功地诱发排卵,提高妊娠率,具有一定的临床价值,是一种可行性的治疗方法。Objective :To observe the clinical effect of Liulin Decoction combined with laparoscope on sterility caused by PCOS. Methods: 156 cases of PCOS were divided randomly into two groups,each with 78 cases. Clomiphene,was given to the patients in the control group,and self-made Liulin Decoction were given to the treatment group. The method of puncturing the ovarian follicle with insulated needle under the laparoscope were adopted, then some tissues from the surface of ovary were taken for pathological examination. Antibiotic were also given to the patients to prevent infection after operation. The patients were advised to take some exercise in case of adhesion 6 hours later. Ultrasound was taken to detect ovulation regularly on the 9th and 11th day of each menstruation period after operation. Results. There was significant difference between the two groups on the total ovulated rate (P〈0.05),with 55.1% in the control group and 91.0% in the treatment group. After the treatment,LH and T decreased and E2 increased in both groups. Compared with the period before the treatment, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion.Ovary surface electric anticoagulant therapy under laparoscope combined with Liuli Decoction could induce ovulation and successfully improve the rate of pregnancy,which has a certain therapeutic value.
