化瘀通脉注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺病60例

摘　　要：目的:探讨化瘀通脉液配合抗炎平喘药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效。方法:120例慢阻肺病人随机分为两组,均给予抗炎平喘治疗,治疗组加用化瘀通脉注射液治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。在肺功能改善方面,两组比较也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀通脉注射液结合抗平喘药治疗慢阻肺疗效肯定,可明显改善患者肺通气功能。Objective： To investigate the effects of Huayutongmai Injection combined with anti-inflammatory and antasthmatic on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（OOPD）. Methods： 120 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, anti-inflammatory and antasthmatic were used in both groups and Huayutongmai Injection were added in control groups. Result. Total effcct rates were 93.3%and 80.0% in thera- peutic group and control group respectively. And there were difference obviously（P〈0.05）. There were also significantly difference on improving the pulmonary function（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huayutongmai Injection had good effects on COPD. They can improve pulmonary ventilation function obviously.
