摘 要:目的:探防制蚊媒的有效方法。将棉纱蚊帐分别浸泡20mg/m^2和10mg/m^2三氟氯氰菊酯在实验室进行持效生物测试。结果:浸帐后1后内对中华按蚊的平均致死分别为80.1%和74.0%。结论咕氟氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐的剂量应不低于20mgai/m^2,以确保防制蚊媒的效果和发挥控制疟疾流行的应用。In laboratory, 20mg ai/m2 and 10mg ai/m2 clocythrin-impregnated bednets caused the average mortalities of 80.1 % and 74.0% on laboratory-bred An. sinensis within one year respectively. In experimental hut trials, the average mortalities of An. sinensis and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus were 72. 5% and 72.2% with 4 0mg ai / m2 in clocythrin - treated bednets, 168 days after impregnation, and were 45.0% and 38.6% with the semi-closed treated bednets respectively. By comparison with the control hut, the intact closed treated bednet reduced the feeding rate by 56.7% for An. sinensis and by 43. 3% for Cx.tritaeniorhynchus. The semi-clased treated bednets reduced the feeding rate by 27.4% and by 32. 3% respectively. Meanwhile, 20mg ai/m2 clocythrin-impregnated bednets caused 49. 8 % average mortality of An.sinensis and 53. 4% average mortality of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus within 14 days after treatment, and it reduced the feeding rate by 60. 3% for An. sinensis and by 69. 5% for Cx. tritaeniorhynchus. And the average mortalities of 30. 3 % and 44. 3 % were obtained with the semi-closed treated bednets respectively, 22 days after impregnation. The feeding rate was reduced by 30.0 % for An. sinensis and by 36. 5 % for Cx.tritaeniorhynchus.
