血瘀证目征的机理初探

摘　　要：目的:研究血瘀证球结膜微血管特点与血液流变学的关系,探讨目征机理。方法:按1986年第二届全国活血化瘀研究学术会议修订的血瘀证诊断标准和1988年北京血瘀证研究国际会议上制定的血瘀证诊断标准,将患者分为血瘀组与非血瘀组,拍摄球结膜图像,检测18项血液流变学指标。对各组血瘀证诊断记分(包括症状积分和血液流变积分)、血瘀证目征积分和血液流变学各指标值进行统计学处理。结果:两组患者在血瘀证诊断记分、血瘀证目征积分上有显著性差异(P<0.01);诊断记分、目征积分与血液流变学中全血黏度、血沉、纤维蛋白原、血栓长度、血栓干重等关系密切。结论:血瘀证目征是诊断血瘀证的有效方法,目征与高黏综合征密切相关。Objective： To study the relationship between the characteristics of bulbar conjunctiva capillaries and haemorheology in blood stasis syndrome to understand the mechanism of eye signs. Methods：According to the diagnosis criteria made by Beijing International Conference on Blood Stasis Syndrome in 1988, the patients were divided into blood stasis syndrome group and non blood stasis syndrome group. The bulbar conjunctiva image pictures were taken for examining the 18 haemorheology indices. The diagnosis scores （including symptom scores and haemorheology scores）,scores of eye signs of blood stasis syndrome,and indices of haemorheology of two groups were statistically processed. Results： The diagnosis scores and scores of eye signs were significantly different between two groups （ P〈0.01）. There was a close relationship between the diagnosis scores,scores of eye signs, and the blood viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, fibrinogen, length and dry weight of thrombus. Conclusion：Eye signs are significant for diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome and they are closely related with hyperviscosity syndrome.
