摘　　要：介绍了循环经济的概念、基本原则和主要模式,阐述了发达国家发展循环经济的主要经验,提出了发展有中国特色的循环经济的思路。This paper introduces the concepts, basic principles and main modes of the circular economy, expounds some main experiences of the developed countries in developing the circular economy, and puts forward some ideas for developing the circular economy with Chinese characteristics.
