摘　　要：随着现代化大煤矿的形成和发展,通信在煤矿安全系统中的地位越来越重要,SDH因具有全球统一的标准接口、精准的同步及强大的网管功能等优点而推广。该文论述了国内大型煤矿通信网的构成模式,存在问题以及SDH技术的特点及在煤矿安全系统中的应用。With the development of large modernized coal mines, the communication system becomes more and more important for a coal mine security system. The SDH optical communicaion technique has found wide use in coal mines, because it is provided with an interface up to the intrenational standard,fine synchronization ,powerful network management function, etc. This paper discusses the structural mode of the communication network used in large coal mines in China, existing problems, the SDH technical fea- tures and its application to the coal mine security system.
